I am an associate professor in NMR metabolomics in the CEISAM Institute of Nantes University. I’ve obtained my PhD in 2020 from Imperial College London, for which I studied the bidirectional biomolecular interaction between the intestinal microbiota and host drug metabolism using both NMR and MS metabolomic approaches. Now, I am working on setting up new projects around clinical and toxicology studies based on innovative NMR metabolomics methods such as fast 2D, hyperpolarized and benchtop NMR. I am also convinced by the complementarity of NMR and MS metabolomics which I explore in my researches. I am the metabolomics project manager of the CEISAM NMR platform, which is part of MetaboHUB, which give me the chance to work on numerous projects where NMR methods are used to study various matrices and to answer complex biological questions. I am also currently acting as the vice-president of the junior BoD of the French speaking Network of Metabolomics and Fluxomics.
