All attendees must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities. Please read through the registration instructions carefully before registering. Registration is done through an online registration form, click the button below:
REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee is based on the date of registration and payment. If you want to benefit from the lower fee, please register early and pay by the deadline. Registration fees are VAT 0%, no VAT will be added.
Registration fee includes:
- All congress sessions and exhibition
- Lunches and coffee breaks provided during the congress
- Welcome Reception hosted by the City of Oulu
- Bruker Social Night (separate sign-up required)
- JEOL Music Night
- Guided group run or walk around Oulu city
- Access to the congress mobile app
- CO2 compensation 10 € (www.euromar2025.org/sustainability.html)
- 1 year membership to AMPERE
Registration at EUROMAR grants each delegate a one year’s membership of the Ampere Society. For ease of administration, members registering for EUROMAR 2025 will have their membership extended for a further 12 months beyond the end of their current registration period. Non-members (for instance those attending EUROMAR for the first time or those attending EUROMAR after an absence and who have not renewed their Ampere Society membership in the meantime) will be automatically granted a year’s membership from the date of their registration to attend EUROMAR 2025.
Congress Dinner is not included in the registration fee, but you can buy a dinner ticket separately when registering.
Student registration requires the certificate to be uploaded at the start of registration.
The registration fee is exempt from Finnish VAT in accordance with the applicable tax regulations. |

An accompanying person is a guest who does not attend the congress sessions but will join a registered participant at the social events, with an additional fee applying for certain events.
PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
Full payment of the registration fee is to be made prior to the congress in euros (EUR). When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email. Please note that invoicing will end two weeks prior to the event.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
At the end of the registration form, you will be given two alternatives for payment:
- Credit card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
- Pdf-Invoice. You will receive an invoice to your e-mail. Invoice payment to be made by bank transfer.
Note!
- All payments must be made free of banking charges
- Bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellations and changes must be made in writing (email) to Talo Events Congress Office euromar2025@taloevents.fi
If a cancellation of registration is received by May 31st, 2025, a processing fee of 50 EUR will be charged. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after June 1, 2025.
Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, the registration fee will not be refunded. Please note also, that the fees are payable even if you cannot make the conference. The registration can be transferred to another person from the same organisation.

If you need an invitation letter to apply for your visa, please send your request to euromar2025@taloevents.fi after you have registered to the conference and paid the registration fees. Invitation letters are only sent to registered participants.
