Elodie Salager

CNRS-CEMHTI

Elodie Salager is a Research Associate of the French CNRS within the CEMHTI laboratory in Orléans (France) since 2013.

She obtained her PhD in Chemistry from ENS Lyon in 2010 on the development of 1H solid-state NMR and DFT methods for NMR crystallography of powdered pharmaceutical compounds in Prof. L. Emsley’s group. She then joined Prof. C.P. Grey’s group as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie EU post-doctoral fellow at University of Cambridge (UK), where she was introduced to the field of electrochemical storage of energy.

Her research interests focus on the development and application of NMR and electrochemical studies for the characterization of materials and devices for electrochemical energy storage. With her group she develops operando instrumentation and methods to combine electrochemical characterization with NMR spectroscopy and imaging on functioning devices. She was awarded the CNRS bronze medal for promising researchers in 2021.
